Our house includes:

- On the ground floor :
Kitchen/living area, there is 1 kitchen equipped with fridge, 1 microwave, 1 oven, 1 induction hob, 1 dishwasher and all the small household appliances essential for a good holiday. There is also a round table and four stark chairs.

The living room: TV unit with large TV, internet with fiber, 3-seater sofa and ottoman, a storage unit, 2 coffee tables, a wood stove.
In the extension there is a bay which opens onto a terrace with a round table, 1 chairs, 4 plancha, 1 sideboard and 1 parasol.

The 80 m² house has a glimpse of the sea thanks to 2 transoms in the dining room and bedroom 1.
On the other hand, the 2 bedrooms have 2 balconies from which you can see the sea.

– Upstairs:
Two bedrooms each with 1 bed of 160 cm.
A bedroom has 1 dressing room, 1 console, 1 mirror, 1 armchair, 1 bedside table, 1 shelf and 2 bedside lamps.
In the other bedroom there is 1 wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps and 1 armchair.

In the hallway there is a closet with storage and hanging space. there is 1 ironing board, 1 iron and 1 vacuum cleaner.
The bathroom: there is 1 washing machine, 1 hair dryer, 1 storage box. Sheets are provided but not towels.
Our rental is air-conditioned thanks to a recent reversible air conditioning.
Nearby you will find the necessary shops (bakeries, butcher, pharmacy, newsagents, etc.), restaurants and also the Royan casino.

The rue de la plage is in the blue zone, so you park there occasionally with a disc. On the other hand, it is possible to park easily and for free either in rue Miramar which is a parallel street or in rue du Chanoine Raud.

At the end of your stay you must leave the house clean and cleaned.

We do everything we can to welcome you in the best sanitary conditions: our furnished accommodation is cleaned and disinfected between each stay. Please note that we do our best to preserve the safety of our vacationers by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (switches, door handles, furniture handles, remote controls, etc.) before your arrival.

Arrivals can be done independently thanks to a key box.
