Charming single storey villa with fully enclosed garden, which can accommodate 4 people and located less than 500 meters from the beach and all shops.
We are delighted to welcome you to this particularly pleasant and very bright villa.
This includes:
A living room serving as a living room and dining room opening onto a terrace equipped with garden furniture, awning.
An equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator.
2 rooms :
- one with a 140 cm x 200 cm bed for 2 people
- a second with 2 beds of 90 cm x 190 cm (possibility of assembling them)
The 2 bedrooms have storage cupboards and wardrobe.
The bathroom with vanity unit, bathtub, hair dryer and wardrobe with mirror.
An independent WC.
A laundry room with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, shower cabin and vanity unit.
Provision of a garage reserved only for your bicycles and other small equipment (no cars).
A private parking space at the entrance to the house.

- Deposit requested of €500 upon reservation returned after inventory of fixtures leaving within a week
- Tenant insurance certificate to provide to us upon reservation
- Greeted by the concierge at entry and exit
- Cleaning done by the verified tenant upon departure. If non-compliant, it will be charged €40/hour

- A rental contract will be concluded between the owner and his tenant
- For any reservation, a payment of 30% will be requested
