Anny and Serge welcome you to this quiet apartment, on one level, located between the station and the spa, close to the city center and shops, very well equipped for well-being and a comfortable and easy life.
The completely renovated apartment on the ground floor is close, on foot, to shops, the thermal baths and the banks of the Seudre. If the calm of the terrace and the garden do not tempt you, the nearby intermodal station will allow you to stroll along the seaside in Royan and visit the Roman ruins of Saintes.
When the weather is nice, Anny will have the pleasure of sharing her workshop with painters and designers.
