The house, largely renovated recently, is located 350 meters from the large beach of Royan (2,5 kilometers of fine sand with children's club, sand yachting, and 'kite surfing' for sports enthusiasts), in a magnificent and very quiet environment. It has five bedrooms (three of which have outdoor access), four shower rooms, four toilets, a living room, a dining room with American kitchen, numerous terraces, and it is surrounded by a garden of almost 1000 square meters to relax under the large pines lulled by the murmur of the surf.

The villa is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave, hairdryer, five-burner stove, Nespresso coffee machine, television, stereo, garden furniture, gas griddle, etc.) and has Wi-Fi. Linen can be provided for an additional fee. To stock up on supplies, there is a mini-market 250 metres away. No problem parking in front of the house, even with several cars, but you can also park on the property.

Royan is a very pleasant town, the air is invigorating, the atmosphere relaxed, and you can choose the sea according to your tastes: calm and quiet at the mouth of the Gironde (the large beach near the house), much more agitated a few kilometers away, on the wild coast. For the rest, the resort offers just about every possible distraction: golf, horse riding, tennis, sailing school, jet ski rental, fishing, treetop adventure course, quad biking, boat trips, cycle paths, volleyball, mini-club, windsurfing, parachuting, bowling, rides, walks in the Médoc cellars (on the other side of the Estuary, a quarter of an hour by ferry) or to the Cordouan lighthouse, the first structure in France to have been classified as a historic monument... And for foodies, the famous large covered market, an architectural feat of the 1950s, offers an incredible profusion of fish, oysters, shellfish... and Charentes melons.

A security deposit check of €750 will be requested upon arrival. It will not be cashed and will be returned to you upon departure.
