This residence and its 320 m² offers a refined contemporary layout, which blends into the preserved materials of yesteryear (fireplaces, beams, etc.).
You will have an open kitchen with central island opening onto a dining room of 80 m2 and its own terrace, an impressive cathedral living room of 45 m², a master suite with its bathroom and shower (40 m²), with direct access to the swimming pool and an American billiards room.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms of 15, 19, 20 and 23 m², a shower room and a bathroom, with a direct view of the wooded and shaded garden.

Out of sight by a small traditional stone wall, the pool area awaits you with everything you need for a summer kitchen (plancha, hotplates, fridge and sink). Deckchairs and garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the sun all day or a soothing shade in the evening. A table tennis table is available.

Entirely enclosed by walls, the garden provides shade and serenity.
A small terrace allows you to have lunch in the shade of a parasol.
