Available: fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, mini oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, towel dryer, outdoor clothes dryer and free-standing clothes horse, vacuum cleaner, small garden table with 2 seats, parasol.

At your disposal: 1 round garden table and 2 chairs, 1 parasol with stand.

Keys handed over by the host upon arrival or key box

On arrival you will be asked for the following as a guarantee:

A €500 security deposit check will be returned at the end of your stay if everything is in order, and a €50 cleaning check will also be returned if the studio is in the same condition as it was upon arrival.

Reservations by the week, fortnight or month (weekends possible except July and August).
The contract will be sent to you by post upon presentation of proof of identity and proof of address less than 6 months old. Your payments (including supplements) must be made by check sent to our home address. The first 25% of the reservation will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. The second check for the balance of the stay must reach us 1 month before your arrival (the amount will only be refunded if we re-let following your cancellation).
