The cottage is located in the quiet countryside and 10 minutes from Saintes and 25 minutes from Royan.

After several months of work to transform an authentic stable into a typical Saintonge farmhouse, the adventure of the Domaine du Petit Bois gîte can begin.
The cottage will welcome you with all the necessary comfort while having kept as much of the original of the place as possible (jointed stones, paving stones, cattle feeder, etc.).
A large equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, hood, crockery.
The aesthetic touch: an authentic butcher block in the center of the furniture.
The living area with its 2 stone niches and the old manger restored into a sofa. A television, a second sofa, a chest of drawers and a coffee table complete the layout of the space.
On the floor which you will access by a staircase reworked with the boards of the stable, you will arrive on the landing with its small relaxation area under a main beam, its large cupboard with its shuttered doors and the washing machine corner.
The landing serves 2 air-conditioned bedrooms; the parents' bedroom (160 bed, cupboard, wardrobe and beam) and the children's bedroom (2 90 beds which can become a 180 bed, a chest of drawers, a stone niche and beam). Then the bathroom with a large shower, sink, WC, towel dryer and shelves.
Finally, the exterior with its wooden terrace and its garden planted with fruit trees will delight you for moonlit meals or enjoying the deck chairs.
Sheets and towels, iron and ironing board provided. WIFI available. Free private parking
