The races are mainly practiced on foot using a dedicated map and, if necessary, a compass in order to successively reach specific points, represented by terminals. This activity is practiced for both adults and children. The races allow immersion in natural spaces.
Orienteering in Cozes allows you to discover the Logis de Sorlut. It takes place both in the city and in the countryside.
