Boucle VTC (saisonnière) – Entre Forêt de la Coubre et Seudre ostréicole
This stay will allow you to discover the magnificent scenery of La Seudre, the dune beaches of the Cote Sauvage and the shaded paths of La Coubre.
From Saujon, thanks to the Mouettes train, you will admire the first channels of the Seudre. Mornac, Chaillevette, Arvert and Étaules remind you that you are going through fishing villages with their colorful huts.
To reach the Atlantic, in the shade of the maritime pines and holm oaks of the Coubre Forest, you may come across deer, does and even wild boar!
You won't be able to miss the La Coubre Lighthouse, from the top of its 300 steps the 360° panorama offers a breathtaking view of the ocean, the Coubre forest and the Gironde estuary.
Then arrive the beaches of the Côte Sauvage. Majestic, the dunes are subject to the perpetual assault of waves and wind. On these reliefs the vegetation is organized in bands parallel to the shore to face the elements. At the top of the dunes, the Oyat bends to the winds and retains the sand with its highly developed root system.
After crossing the Seudre, the landscapes of the right bank will reveal unspoilt nature to you.
