In the event of an emergency, it is essential to report the circuit number and the terminal number to allow rapid geolocation.

Marking 4 The mountain bike circuit is marked with the specific directional mark for local loops. A white number on a colored background identifies the circuit, the color of the plate indicates the level of difficulty. Each terminal is listed by a position number (in black on gray background). Each number corresponds to a GPS position.

Autumn, Summer, Winter, Spring

Mainly on sandy ground, the course is filled with small tight turns, root passages in a preserved natural environment.

With a positive drop of 65 m, and some sandy passages, the course remains sporty.

And maybe at the bend of a bend you will come across a deer, a doe or even a boar...

Do not hesitate to make a few stops to enjoy the magnificent views of the Côte Sauvage with its majestic dunes covered with marram grass and the waves of the Atlantic Ocean!
