From one estuary to another, set off on the loop crossing the Combots forest and the gentle marshes of the Arvert peninsula.

This route follows Route 10 ("La Tremblade - Les Mathes"), Route 9 ("Les Chemins de la Seudre"), Route 1 ("La Vélodyssée - From Ronce-les-Bains to Royan"), and Route 2 ("From the Seudre to the Vélodyssée).

Autumn, Summer, Winter, Spring

From the town hall of Chaillevette, take the direction of the workshops of the Train des Mouettes. Cross the village of Étaules to arrive in the town of Mathes. You thus enter the forest of Combots and then walk along the port and the beach of La Palmyre. Continue on the soft marshes of Saint-Augustin to reach the Protestant lands of Coulonges between vineyards and oyster marshes.
