This route with a very gentle profile allows you to walk shortly after La Tremblade on the edge of the La Coubre national forest and gradually enter it.

Your walk will be punctuated by tracks lined with maritime pines and holm oaks where many animal species live (wild boar, deer, deer, turtles, etc.) and the fine sandy beaches of the Côte Sauvage and the Atlantic Ocean.
