This green course can be practiced with the family. Without any particular difficulty, you will criss-cross the countryside of the region, numerous hamlets but also some undergrowth.

Safety
In the event of an emergency, it is essential to report the circuit number and the terminal number to allow rapid geolocation.
Departing from the Salle Multisports de Médis, the 20 km green course, mainly on small tarred roads with a positive drop of 44 meters can be practiced with the family.
You will cross a few hamlets such as La Motte Luchet where you can see a round tower buried under the vegetation which served as a dovecote.
On the road to Saint-Georges you will discover the mill of La Giraudière which remains the only one of the 6 counted in the town.
