Departing from the Ribérou car park in Saujon, this relatively flat green course on small tarmacked roads can be practiced by all ages.

A white number on a colored background identifies the circuit, the color of the plate indicates the level of difficulty. Each terminal is listed by a position number (in black on gray background). Each number corresponds to a GPS position.

- the Abbey of Sablonceaux, sold as national property during the Revolution, it was abandoned and partially demolished. At the start of the 1962th century, it was used as a health centre, orphanage and then as an agricultural centre, then restored since 1986. It was bought by the diocese of La Rochelle and Saintes in XNUMX

- The Tower of Pirelonge in Saint-Romain-de-Benet is a Gallo-Roman stone tower, it is located along the Roman road linking Saintes to Bordeaux. It was a funerary monument dedicated to an important personage.
