Eric and Karine are happy to welcome you to their guest house from March 1 to December 26.

Located in Charente-Maritime, at the exit of the town of Saint-Sulpice-de-Royan and only 10 minutes from the town center of Royan, its beaches and shops.

In their typical Charentaise house and completely renovated with taste, come and share a moment of conviviality within this beautiful family. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom and a separate toilet as well as a television (4 double beds and 140 sofa bed).
If you wish and only by reservation, come and enjoy a menu at the table d'hôtes on Saturday (except in July and August). In summer, a kitchen is fitted out for customers who wish. Various partners deliver dishes to order that you can enjoy at the garden table.

We provide you with a games room consisting of an American billiard table, a table football, a television, complete with a fireplace for the winter.

Outside, you will enjoy a heated swimming pool, deckchairs and garden furniture for a moment of relaxation. A play area for children is fitted out (trampoline, swing).

We also provide our guests with 3 men's bikes and 3 women's bikes for half-day or full-day rental for beautiful rides. Private car parks.
