Born from a common desire to cook local and seasonal products, the collective “Saveurs d'ici, Cuisine de chefs” offers us the opportunity to discover local cuisine in a different way.
Several chefs present at the Destination Royan Atlantique join forces around their passion to help us discover the local gastronomy. In their kitchens, on market stalls or at a local event, we meet chefs who are keen to share their passion with us.



A chef-inspired cookbook
Go to the 17 Tourist Information Offices or bookstores to discover the book “Cook on the Pays de Royan market” (Price: €15).
On the menu: 36 Earth & Ocean recipes proposed by the chefs of “Tastes from here, chef cuisine” to reproduce at home for the pleasure of its guests! We let ourselves be inspired by the seasons and we find the local produce which enhance these recipes on our different markets.
