La orienteering is a outdoor activity combining logic and reflection that can be practiced at any age, at their own pace. Provided with a specific map representing the path to be followed and delivering information on the terrain (vegetation, unevenness, etc.), one chooses one's route to find the beacons. The objective is to reach the checkpoints and validate each stage in the imposed order. As a family, we go in search of the beacons of the orientation course by walking. It's like a treasure hunt : we discover the territory differently, in a fun and friendly way. Athletes will take short or long strides to complete the stages in the best possible time!
