Requiring no particular physical abilities (strength, endurance, or flexibility), this activity is suitable for everyone, regardless of age. Practice times and locations: Thursdays at 6:30 pm in Royan (Maison des associations) / Thursdays at 9:00 am in Médis (Salle Polyvalente).
