Un rendez-vous pour soi
The association offers group sophrology sessions every Friday afternoon.
Open to all ages, these sessions are based on simple and accessible exercises, promoting stress and emotion management, reducing anxiety, improving sleep and achieving better personal balance.
This year, the sophrologist also received training in chair yoga. Classes will be offered starting in the 2025/2026 season, by registration and at association rates. "Being at peace with yourself also means being at peace with others."
