Practice of Taekwondo, a martial art originating in Korea. Meaning: "the way of the feet and the fists"
Taekwondo, also known as "flying karate," is an Olympic discipline open and accessible to all, from the age of 4, as there are several forms of practice: traditional technique (Poomsae), combat, and self-defense called "Ho Shin Soul."
The classes are taught by two instructors, one of whom is an employee offering 12 hours of Taekwondo per week, both holding a professional Taekwondo certificate and a federal instructor diploma.
The club is equipped with electronic equipment to prepare students for combat competition.
