Judo: Baby Judo (Royan: Wednesday 11am-12pm) – Pre-judo (Royan: Monday 18pm-19pm and Wednesday 10am-11am) – Jujitsu (time to be defined) – Taïso (Royan: Monday 19:15pm-20:15pm and Thursday 19:30pm-20:30pm) with Christian: 06 83 12 43 86.
Children's Judo (Royan: Wednesdays 4:30-6:00 pm and in St-Palais or Royan on Fridays 5:30-6:30 pm), Benjamins/Minimes (Royan: Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 pm and in Royan)
