Judo Club Saujonnais
Judo club in the town of Saujon: judo is both a martial art and a method of physical education. A truly educational sport with a progressive teaching method for beginners or experienced practitioners, children, young people or adults.
It's also a discipline that teaches you to channel your energy, transforming it into physical and mental strength. An educational, balanced, friendly, and fun sport, suitable for ages 4 and up to adulthood. Judo is also based on a moral code founded on courtesy, courage, sincerity, honor, modesty, respect, self-control, and the purest of human feelings: friendship. Two trial classes are offered.

Open Tuesday from 18:30pm to 19:30pm. Wednesday from 15:45pm to 17:45pm. Friday from 18pm to 21pm.
