Association offering Hatha Yoga sessions (indoors all year round and outdoors from June to September, depending on the weather), meditative walks, workshops raising awareness about coastal preservation.

– Thursdays: 17:30 p.m. to 18:45 p.m.
– 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month: 10am to 11:15am
