Located near the city center and the marina, it is equipped with a disabled access ramp and labeled 'Tourism & Handicap'.

The proximity of the access channel to the port of La Palmyre and the presence of strong currents should call for the utmost vigilance from bathers.

To facilitate access to the beach and swimming for people with reduced mobility (PRM), a Tiralo wheelchair is available at the lifeguard station on the Pins de Cordouan beach, located at the start of the Grande Côte, on the Club Med side.

This chair allows disabled people to access the water with the accompaniment of lifeguards, regardless of the tide coefficient.

Presence of an outdoor shower located on a secure platform with a rotation area. A shower hose and a stool are available to tourists with disabilities at the aid station.
The two designated parking spaces are connected to the beach area via an accessible and adapted pathway (approximately 100m). The street furniture has been chosen to create rest areas for people with reduced mobility.
The adapted toilets are unisex (like the toilets for able-bodied people) and are located in a toilet block located near the parking lot.

Animals are not accepted on the beach, refer to the municipal decree displayed at the entrance to the beach.

Regulations for the use of bicycles and similar vehicles: These activities are prohibited between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM from June 15th to September 30th. The rest of the year, these activities are permitted only on wet sand. Cycling is strictly prohibited in the dunes and their surrounding areas.
