Depending on the evolution of the coastline and the presence of quicksand, swimming and walking on part of the foreshore are prohibited.
Located 3,5 km from Ronce-les-Bains, accessible by the cycle path or by the tourist route crossing the national forest of La Coubre by the RD 25, there are car parks (cars and bicycles), a portico (height 2 m) limits access – Parking prohibited from midnight to 6 am – prohibition of lighting fires and barbecues in the forest.

Dogs on a leash are allowed all year round except from June 15 to September 15.

Horseback riding is permitted before 10 a.m. and after 20 p.m. from June 15 to September 15.

The overnight parking of motorhomes is regulated throughout the town of La Tremblade/Ronce-les-Bains between 23 p.m. and 9 a.m., outside the parking area provided for this purpose: refer to the municipal decree.
