Villa built in 1906, on a plot of 5000 m² on the cliff, which gives it one of the most beautiful views of Mortagne.

Passed down from generation to generation, used as a holiday home, it was for us a haven of peace, until that fateful day of September 21, 2018 when a fire completely ravaged it.

Since that day, we have had only one goal: to restore this magnificent house to its former glory, to bring it back from the ashes and give it a new life.
