The City of Royan is developing a 22,414 m² land unit, "Les Rullas", for the construction of a district of 80 new housing units, 80% of which will be social rental housing.
This project, led by the SEMDAS/EDEN PROMOTION consortium in partnership with the social housing provider NOALIS, proposes an innovative eco-district characterized by a limited impact from roads, the creation of pedestrian and cycle paths, well-planned parking, private outdoor spaces, and shared garden areas.
