The municipal PENSA system offers seniors sports, mental, well-being or fun activities in order to stay active and maintain health and autonomy on a daily basis.
Badminton, balance, cardio gym, water walking, pilates, diving, muscle strengthening, taïso, yoga, etc. So many workshops to get started and discover new practices.
The offices at Espace PENSA are meeting points, open to everyone, to chat in a friendly atmosphere over a coffee, get information, register for activities, buy multi-workshop cards, etc.
