Royan is considered the most "fifties" seaside resort in France. But the history of Royan does not begin in 1945… Its history begins much earlier.
From the Palace to the Notre-Dame de Royan church, we travel together through the heart of the city and its waterfront and go back in time.

This visit is intended for adults, difficult to access for people with reduced mobility. Dogs are accepted on a leash. Dogs are not allowed to visit the church. Access to the church for people with reduced mobility is possible on the ground floor. In the event of very unfavorable weather and orange alert, the visit will be canceled. Participants will be notified 1 hour in advance.
