The CIAP recounts the urban and architectural evolution of Royan, from its origins to the present day, recalling the highlights of its development.

It functions as a “call” to the outside world, pushing the visitor to discover the city or to re-enchant their view of an everyday world. The visitor discovers 5 thematic and chronological sections in the permanent exhibition. Different devices (models, projections, screens, games, reconstructions) provide a better understanding of the architectural and urban evolution of Royan.
