As part of the Restaurants Royan Atlantique label, which brings together more than 60 labeled restaurants, the community tourist office is developing its culinary shows.
It's always a pleasure to see two chefs on stage presenting their original recipes using local, seasonal produce, with the producers themselves in attendance. A tasting of the recipes and their pairings is offered at the end of the presentation.
