Jeudis Musicaux 2026 – Vassilena Serafimova et Rémi Delangle

Vassilena Serafimova is one of the most acclaimed percussionists of her generation. Trained at the Paris Conservatory (CNSMDP) and then at the Juilliard School in New York, she has distinguished herself through her luminous virtuosity and profoundly musical approach to the marimba. A prizewinner at prestigious international competitions – notably the ARD International Music Competition in Munich and the World International Marimba Competition in Stuttgart – she performs on the world's greatest stages: Carnegie Hall (New York), Théâtre des Champs-Élysées…
Rémi Delangle is a multifaceted musician, driven by discovery, diversity, and musical excellence. He studied with Pascal Moraguès and Jean-François Verdier at the Paris Conservatory (CNSMDP), where he earned his Master's degree in clarinet with highest honors. He has been a member of the French Republican Guard Orchestra since 2007. Alongside his classical training, Rémi developed an early passion for improvised and orally transmitted music from the Balkans, as well as for Klezmer music.
