Festival de choeurs – Grand choeur

The “Histoires de choirs” festival was born in 2013 on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the female vocal ensemble of the music conservatory. It is nourished each year by the meeting between amateur choirs and professional musicians.

Concert by the large choir and the mixed vocal ensemble of the Saint-Palais-sur-Mer conservatory, with the exceptional participation of Mezzo-Soprano Sophie Leleu.
“Melodies and Lieder”

A program focused on romantic music which explores the links uniting poetry and music through Melodies and Lieder, pieces par excellence where the two arts meet and fuse.

On the program: Franz Schubert, Johannes Brahms, Gabriel Fauré, Claude Debussy.
