We set off to meet the artisans of the land, the marshes and the sea. The notebook highlights the producers of Royan Atlantique having chosen to offer fresh and seasonal products for direct sale. We find winegrowers, market gardeners, oyster farmers, breeders but also horticulturalists and beekeepers. By choosing these producers, we favor short circuits and agro-environmental practices.
