Itinéraire VTC N°10 – De La Tremblade à La Palmyre

This course with a very gentle profile allows you to walk shortly after La Tremblade on the edge of the La Coubre national forest and to enter it gradually.

Arrived at Dirée, you then engage on a cycle path which leads peacefully to the port of La Palmyre and the bay of Bonne Anse.

Roaming

From the Chemins de la Seudre, at the exit of the Brassons activity area, follow the DV markings, or in the opposite direction from La Vélodyssée® at the "Bonne Anse" campsite in La Palmyre. From La Palmyre you can continue on La Vélodyssée® heading north to return to La Tremblade and circle the Forêt de la Coubre (80% cycle paths for 45 km).
