This blue course is a good training for mountain biking. Its difficulty remains its distance of 30 km.

Departing from the Espace Loisirs in Semussac, this route, on a dirt road, will guide you through the Saintonge countryside. With a positive drop of 158 m you can enjoy beautiful views of the Estuary and the soft marshes of Talmont-sur-Gironde.

At Meschers-sur-Gironde, at a place called Beloire, you will observe a windmill restored in the spirit of the past, an old Templar commandery would have been built there.
