Balade n°3 : Entre Seudre et Atlantique – GRAVEL et VTC

From one estuary to another, set off on the loop crossing the Combots forest and the gentle marshes of the Arvert peninsula.

Starting from Chaillevette, follow the DV markings (marked with the number 11), leaving the Chemins de la Seudre route at the "Route du Velours" (Velvet Road). This route then joins the "Route des Mouillères" (Mouillères Road) to reach the village at the "Train des Mouettes" (Seagull Train) tourist train station, then head towards Etaules. After crossing the village, the route descends towards the freshwater marshes of Saint-Augustin and Les Mathes, joining the "Passe de l'Etang" greenway. The route then continues towards the entrance to the commune of Les Mathes at the "La Baraque" roundabout and connects to route number 10 – La Tremblade to La Palmyre.

This route takes Route 10 (“La Tremblade – Les Mathes”), Route 9 (“Les Chemins de la Seudre), Route 1 (“La Vélodyssée – From Ronce-les-Bains to Royan”), and Route 2 (“From La Seudre to La Vélodyssée).
