A fun and engaging tasting experience at Hôtel Le Richelieu in Saujon, which has been awarded the Vignobles et Découvertes label.
This Thursday, October 15, as part of Vignobles en Scène, we are participating in a fun wine workshop led by Camille, our wine tourism project manager, in a room at the Hôtel Richelieu.
Open to all, this workshop offers a friendly and interactive way to discover local grape varieties. Participants begin by exploring aromas using scent vials, before discovering the characteristics of the different grape varieties and moving on to a tasting.
By comparing pairs of glasses, we try to identify the correct grape variety: Merlot, Malbec or Colombard… who will be able to recognize the good flavors?
Accompanied by local products, this workshop showcases the rich and constantly evolving IGP Charentais wines, which are sure to surprise you!
