It's time for revenge!
It has become customary to have two pianists compete on this unique seaside tennis court. This summer in Royan, we're honoring the traditions!

Yvan Cassar once again challenges Marco Poingt to a duel on the court of the Garden Tennis in Royan, facing the sea!
Yvan Cassar, composer, arranger, artistic director and conductor among the most renowned of his generation, but also a great competitor in the traditional Garden Tennis piano battle, will once again this year challenge a formidable opponent, pianist Marco Poingt.
Pianist and composer Marco Poingt, 27, draws on a variety of musical styles, from classical to jazz and rock. He also enjoys surprising audiences with his artistic feats on some of the world's highest peaks.
Under the arbitration of comedian and columnist Alex Jaffray, the evening promises to be rich in forehands and backhands of well-placed notes.
Restaurant on site:
AT GARDEN'S FOLIES: You can have a drink & nibble on appetizer platters before the concert.
At Restaurant Le Garden: You can enjoy meal platters (reservations required), a snack menu, and dessert suggestions (crepes, ice cream, and more). Reservations at 06 02 35 09 93.
General admission: lawn, chairs or bleachers, depending on available seats.

Reservations are required and can be made at www.violonsurlesable.com and in the Royan Atlantique Tourist Information Offices.
The concert will be postponed to the following day in case of bad weather. Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date and is non-refundable.
Refund only in case of total cancellation and at the place where you purchased them.
