These four musicians offer you a musical journey to the heart of the Balkans, revisiting these traditional themes to meet the "sons of the wind".
"Hopa Tzika is about embarking on a journey to the place where East and West merge, following in the footsteps of that ancient, vanished empire, the Byzantine Empire.
Hopa Tzika is also about following in the footsteps of the Roma people who crossed these lands, sometimes settling there, always drawing inspiration from local folklore, creating a true fusion of Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Russian, but also Greek and Turkish music.
All aboard the Orient Express, mind the departure… and let the music begin!
