Hike departures from 7:45am to 9am.

On-site registration. No reservations!
Prices: Over 16 years: €9, 12-16 years: €5, free for under 12 years.
Allow €1 for the deposit of eco-cups.
Refueling guaranteed, drink and oyster tasting on arrival.
Participation: hikes open to all, minors participate under the responsibility of their parents.

Mountain biking: Registration from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
6 marked mountain bike routes (20, 30, 35, 45, 55 and 65 km) and a 20 km hybrid bike route.
Walk through the marshes with a refreshment and oyster tasting. Mountain bike and hybrid bike trails.
Conditions of participation: 1 mountain bike, a pair of shoes and a helmet MANDATORY. It's a ride, not a race...
Dirt roads between the oyster beds. Undergrowth, 15 km single. No sand.

Hiking shoes recommended, route not suitable for strollers, dogs tolerated on a leash and under the full responsibility of the masters.
