For this Carte Blanche program, the Modigliani Quartet invites cellist Aurélien Pascal, winner of the 2023 Victoires de la Musique Classique award for "Instrumental Soloist Revelation" and one of the leading figures in the cello world today. Trained by the greatest masters and a guest performer on major international stages, he has established himself as one of the most sought-after chamber musicians.
On the program, one of the pinnacles of the chamber music repertoire, Franz Schubert's Quintet for Two Cellos.
