Pianist and arranger Antoine Delaunay shares his vision of two artistic worlds united: jazz and French chanson. The quintet is brought together around the vocal universe of Mélanie Dahan.
From Léo Ferré to Stromae, by way of Maurane and Camille, the beautiful songs of yesterday and today, revisited by the quintet, take on the feel of modern jazz standards. A dive into an elegant and sensitive world, centered around songs that everyone knows how to hum.
With Antoine Delaunay: piano, Mélanie Dahan: vocals, Emmanuel Pelletier: saxophone, Luc Lesenmann: drums and Jean Marc Lebévillon: double bass.
