– 15 km
– 10 km
– 5 km
– 1.5km (not timed)
– 500m (not timed)

Race walking: 5km
5km or 10km hikes (not timed).

Program :
– Reception: from 6:30/7:30 am
– Bib collection until 7:30 a.m.
– 10km race start: 8am
– 15km race start: 8:15 am
– Start of the 5km race / 5km race walk: 8:20 am
– Start of the 1.5km race (not timed): 10am
– Start of the 500m race (not timed): 10:15
– Refreshments upon arrival

Reward for the first 550 registered participants.

Podium: To the first 3 men and women overall in each timed race, to the first 3 in each category in the 15 km race and to the 1st in each category in the 5 and 10 km races.

For children not timed: 500m and 1.5km, rewards at the finish.

Withdrawal of bibs:
– Friday, August 14th from 16pm to 18pm at the Médis Loisirs hall, rue des sports in Médis.

Proposal for a post-race meal to finish by spending a convivial moment with friends or family.

Menu:
– Provençal-style marinated chicken skewers with potatoes
– Fresh fruit salad
