Festival du Vent

For four days, the sky comes alive with the flying of traditional and contemporary kites, presented by volunteer kite flyers eager to share their passion. Strolling through the village, discover colorful installations, weather vanes, and creations animated by the wind.

Theme: the frog.

Daily highlights:

– From 10 a.m. Children will be able to participate in fun workshops: decorating kites and creating characters from recycled materials with Art of Récup'.
– 14pm: Kite release (kites will be present all day)
– 17 p.m.: Candy drop

Along the port: Promenade of the Winds and exhibition of animated weather vanes

A fun and creative moment to enjoy with family or friends.

Organised by Ascension du vent in partnership with the town hall, the small museum of kites and spinning tops (Les Vents du Tao) and the merchants of the village of Talmont-sur-gironde.
