The Crescendo festival is dedicated to progressive music of all genres (progressive rock, prog metal, psychedelic rock, space, medieval, etc.) and has been held annually in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, in the suburbs of Royan, since 1999. It brings together artists from the national and international scene (from Sweden to Peru or the United States, including Japan).
