Exposition "L'imaginaire à ciel ouvert"

The event will take place in the town centre, near the church, with some of the works presented in the garden, thus offering an artistic journey in the heart of the village.
This new edition will feature the photographer GEDO.

A photographer, and the son of a photographer, GEDO learned early on to see differently, to capture what escapes the immediate gaze. This training of the eye shaped his way of approaching the world, with particular attention paid to lines, volumes, and perspectives.
Passionate about architecture, he explores cities as if they were veritable playgrounds for visual exploration. His work offers a magnified vision of urban space, where color plays a central role. In a world that can sometimes seem dreary, color becomes for him a true language, a way to re-enchant reality. The presence of women is also present in his images, bringing balance, elegance, and a sensitive dialogue with the space.

His encounter with artificial intelligence was a true revelation, not as a break, but as a natural extension of his photographic world. The machine does not replace the artist: it suggests, while he chooses, directs, and guides. Artificial intelligence thus becomes a tool at the service of his intention, an additional medium for exploring limitless visual possibilities.
GEDO therefore integrates artificial intelligence into its creative process, not as an end in itself, but as a means to enrich its imagination. During its exhibitions, this approach opens up debate, raises questions, and fosters discussions around its work.

Having grown up in Royan, he was deeply influenced by the city's modernist architecture, long neglected but rich in visual potential. This influence still permeates his vision and his work today.
Through this exhibition, GEDO offers a personal and contemporary vision, at the crossroads of architecture, color, the human figure, and technology. An invitation to discover a unique universe, somewhere between photography and contemporary art.
