The CREA association rolls out the red carpet at La Passerelle in Meschers for the 79th edition of the Cannes Film Festival!
– 19pm: Live broadcast of the Opening Ceremony
– 20 p.m.: Refreshments and light meals available
– 20:30 p.m.: Film screening
Synopsis: Paris, early 20th century. Convinced that his wife Irène died because of him, Antoine Balestro, a fashionable painter, can no longer get back to work and is driving his gallery owner, Armand, to despair. One evening, seeking forgiveness, a drunken Antoine tries to contact Irène through a medium. Unbeknownst to him, he is actually speaking with Suzanne, a humble street performer who knows nothing of the afterlife and has sneaked into the fortune teller's caravan to steal food.
