Monday, August 10 at 20:30 a.m.

Eglise de Saujon 34 Place du Général de Gaulle 17600 Saujon

Two opera singers with golden voices: soprano and bass come from great Russian and Ukrainian musical schools with prestigious backgrounds and awards.

Olga Stolyarova, a graduate of the St Petersburg Conservatory, had participated in several international tours (USA, Finland, Germany, etc.) before becoming one of the most renowned interpreters of Russian, gypsy romances.
Valery Orlov, formerly of the Red Army Choir, singer, pianist and composer, from the Odessa National Higher Conservatory, takes up the torch from Ivan Rebroff and becomes his successor in Western Europe.
These two soloists take you on an unforgettable musical journey with the most beautiful Slavic and international songs, a mixture of bel canto and tradition.

During this concert you will have the opportunity to discover traditional instruments, including the mythical balalaika, the queen of Russian music, presented by Tatiana Zolotoukhina.
Tickets can be purchased at the Tourist Office tel: 05.46.08.21.00 or on site 1 hour before the concert.
