Stanley Ipkiss, a modest bank employee with a passion for the world of Tex Avery, finds an ancient mask with supernatural powers. He is torn, however, between becoming this confident green creature or remaining the timid Stanley Ipkiss, unable to approach the beautiful cabaret singer Tina Carlyle.
